イタリア・トリノ最古の老舗カフェBicerin（ビチェリン）と百人組手がコラボしました。
1763年に創業され、多くの偉人にも愛されてきた名高い老舗のカフェであるビチェリンには、世界の首脳が口にしたという有名な焼き菓子があります。
光合成を基点とした循環型社会の実現を目指すMATSURIの方針や理念に共感いただき、今回は、藻の素晴らしさを広めるべく、スピルリナを入れたバーチ・ディ・ダーマを作りました。スピルリナは藻の一種で、60種類もの栄養素が含まれているだけでなく、未来のたんぱく質不足を助ける可能性があり注目されているスーパーフードです。
サプリメントとして見かけることの多いスピルリナですが、栄養価が高く無味無臭の生スピルリナを、美味しく楽しく食べていただけるような素敵な製品を作り続けております。
