Hummus is popular mainly in the Middle East. The snack is called junk food, but with hummus containing nutritious algae, you can enjoy it without feeling guilty, and the green color looks great on the table, making it an ideal dish for parties. You can't stop eating it, but don't worry if you can't stop because it's healthy. Healthy and environmentally friendly, hummus is sure to be the talk of the party.
Snack foods are junk, but I can't stop. I wonder if there are any snack foods that are healthy.
In the Middle East and Western countries, people eat snacks with dip. How about taking nutrients from chips but not from the dip?
My recommendation is hummus. It's chickpea-based, so you get protein, and it's also rich in iron and fiber.
But the chips and hummus don't look good because the colors are so plain. If only there were some exciting colors or something new to talk about...
So how about adding algae to make green hummus? Algae is good for the immune system because it contains beta-carotene and chlorophyll-alpha, and phycocyanin is good for the skin.
I personally love hummus. I would love to try green hummus.
