18時間以上かけてゆっくり発酵させて作った、噛み締めたくなるもちもち食感の「藻（スピルリナ）のチャバタ」（以下、「藻のチャバタ」）、ゴロゴロ入ったドライフルーツ＆ハード食感が食べ応え抜群な「藻（スピルリナ）のカンパーニュ」（以下、「藻のカンパーニュ」）が、川崎にあるベーカリー「Len -Local Speciality Factory-」とのコラボで誕生しました！
※藻の一種であるスピルリナを使用しています
