We exhibited at the Japan Pavilion hosted by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) at Gulfood 2023, the largest food trade fair in the Middle East held in Dubai from February 20 to 24, 2023.
In the booth, we exhibited algae-derived products developed by the Chitose Group, such as "Yo Eko Mayo, which became delicious when made from algae" and "Tavelmout", as well as the world's largest algae that is under construction in Sarawak, Malaysia. A video of the MATSURI project depicting the production equipment was shown.
Nearly 1,000 customers stopped by during the event, and it was an event that attracted the attention of people of various nationalities.
